Huntersville, N.C.–Stone Hollow conventional neighborhood (most houses are in the mid-$100’s).  A common area with a gazebo.  Many houses are L-shaped.

St. Mark Catholic Church on Stumptown Rd.

The following neighborhoods are all agglomerated:

Macaulay (a large conventional neighborhood with small lots)–A concrete path in the woods.  I like this common with a water structure.  Here is the HOA playground, pool, and interesting-looking clubhouse.  Here’s the one area of these n’hoods I could find with garages facing an alley in the rear.  Note the house shown here sold for $199,000 and has 4 bedrooms on 1/4 acre.

Birkdale–(golfing community near Birkdale Village)–Lots of big houses here.

Wynfield Creek–Here’s the entrance.  A house with a gazebo out front.  The parkway doesn’t have any homes fronting it, but it does have a bench and several grassy medians.  Fairly large homes on big wooded lots.
