Tallinn, Estonia–The capital and largest city of Estonia, on the northern coast.  Population about 436,000 (~ 7,100 people per square mile).  32% of Estonians live in Tallinn, which is considered a global city and one the ten most wired in Europe.  The majority of the country speaks Estonian, but I guess some things don’t change no matter where you go.  Here is a brick-cobbled street in Old Town.
