Bruges, Flanders- Interesting architecture; look at the roof lines.  Also, take a look at the brick and stone pavement.  Here is an interesting view from a photo sphere from a B&B, Maison le Dragon, overlooking private patios.  I took the virtual tour inside; I think my wife would like this place.

Bruges is considered the Venice of the North.  See the canal through the center of the city.  Here is a cool nighttime photo sphere of the canal.  The city does get some snow, as can be seen in this sphere.

Even their suburban architecture is unique.  Watch out, Al Smith; here is a nearby “roundabout“, or traffic circle.  I’m seeing a number of residences with solar panels on their roofs.  Here’s an interesting tree-lined street nearby.

Zaventem, Belgium– site of the Brussels Airport – Here is where one of yesterday’s bombings occurred, in front of Starbucks.
